两周前在Amazon上买了一个Kindle 2 U.S.版,$299,寄到住在U.S.的朋友那,再给我转寄过来的。那时国际版刚好还没出。
现在Kindle 2国际版降价两次降到$259,在别处看到提到从$279降价时Amazon主动还过来$20,于是我就google了一下关于Kindle Refunds的信息,发现以前搞促销降价的时候,很多人也是说30天以内买的都可以发信给客服去把差价要回来。因为Kindle是可以30天无条件退货,即使不返还差价,也可以退回去买个新的。当然Amazon还是很人性化的,不会要求客户做这样麻烦而且不爽的事情。只要写信去,都能退。
于是我昨天在Amazon.com给客服发了封信,说我两周前用$299买了Kindle 2,但现在降价到$259,有没有可能把这$40的差价退给我,而我不用把Kindle给他们寄回去。
